Kaitlin O’Leary joined The Lighting Design Group (LDG) in 2021. A project manager with a focus on lighting control and distribution design, integration, and commissioning services. She works on large-scale lighting control systems across corporate, architectural, house of worship, and broadcast environments, supporting projects from design coordination through installation and system delivery. Her project experience includes Warner Media Techwood Studios, KPMG 2 Manhattan West and Lakehouse Florida MPRs & Studios, Pfizer Pearl River Auditorium & Campus, Novartis Pharmaceutical Auditoriums & Conference Rooms, Walmart Studios in LA, Discovery Kitchen Studios, Council on Foreign Relations Peterson Hall Renovation, and St. Paul the Apostle Church. Kaitlin holds a BFA in Production & Design: Lighting from Montclair State University College of the Arts.
